Conditions of participation TdMR 2024

REGISTRATION:
Registrations will be processed according to the date of receipt. Participation fees per participant are subject to VAT. Catering services during the event are included in the conference price. Soft drinks, wine, beer and food are included in the evening events. Breakfast in the hotels and meals on the day of arrival or services ordered separately by the participant are excluded. You will receive a binding confirmation of registration by e-mail. Travel and accommodation costs are not included.

CANCELLATION:
Cancellations after 02.05.2024 and no-shows: full participation fee. The cancellation fee is waived if another participant is named as a substitute for the person who has withdrawn. The cancellation must be made in writing.

INVOICING:
The invoice for the participation fee will be sent from 15.04.2024. The invoice will be sent by e-mail. This requires the correct invoice address with the booking of the event. We reserve the right to charge a processing fee of 25 euros for any subsequent correction of the invoice and resending of the invoice.

OVERBOOKING and minimum number of participants:
The excursions, the accompanying programme and the evening events are subject to a participation limit. Registrations are booked and confirmed according to the time of receipt. Once the number of participants has been reached, no further registration is possible. The Bundesverband der Maschinenringe e.V. also reserves the right to cancel individual excursions and accompanying programmes if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In this case, the booked service will not be charged.

IMAGE AND FILM MATERIAL:
The participant hereby agrees that the organiser BMR e.V. may exploit and use the sound, image and film material created during the event depicting the participant free of charge, without any spatial or temporal restrictions.

CHANGE REGULATION:
The organiser BMR e.V. reserves the right to change the event concept and location at short notice if the situation so requires. Information will be provided by e-mail as early as possible.
